**COLD FEED:** Portable Four (4) Bin 9’x11’ with 24" belt feeders; 30" collecting conveyor; 4'x8' scalping screen; 30"x48' portable scale conveyor (Tandem Axle).
**RAP SYSTEM**: Stationary Single (1) Bin 9’x13’ with grizzly, portable conveyor with belt magnet feeds into roll crusher and shaker screen. (in-line but not wired in)
**DRUM MIXER**: Parallel flow, 7’x42’ portable with hydraulic erecting package, rubber tire trunnions, cradle chain driven, has recycle collar driven by 2-50 HP motors; Hauck "Combo" JBO4375 Burner with 60 HP high-pressure fan, running on oil, 85% on flights (Triple Axle).\

**BAGHOUSE**: Astec Portable R/A, 41,000 ACFM, 125 HP motor, 60 HP air compressor, 390 8’ bags, 325 7’ bags, NEW BAGS this year. MC Center on Rear (Triple Axle).
**DUST SILO:** Stationary 300 BBL dust silo with rotary lock and a newer dust blower.
**SILO SYSTEM:** SEB75 self-erecting silo with 250 TPH drag with 50 HP motor, drag slat completely, reject chute, hydraulic reserve tank and pump included on chassis, Astec 360 operator control house mounted on the same frame (Quad Axle).
**LIQUID ASPHALT**: 30,000-gallon direct fired Heatec portable AC tank, split 3 ways: 20,000 AC, 9,000 diesel, 1,000 anti-strip. Viking Q-34 asphalt pump, Dan-Foss controls. Direct fired heating system deleted and a Burk 1 MBTU dual fuel heater now heats the tank (Tandem Axle).
**CONTROL HOUSE:** 10'-6"x10'-6" operator house, part of self-erecting silo, Martin blend computer and loadout controls, SO cable with quick disconnect wiring.
**SPARE PARTS:** Plant comes with numerous spares in a parts trailer, including spare motors, 2 spare rubber trunnions, gearboxes, bearings, and belting. A full set of steel trunnions is included if you want to convert.
The plant is still running and has many upgrades, including but not limited to:
* New drive package on drum (and new enclosed motors this season)
* Rebuilt baghouse exhaust fan and mounting plate
* Updated Smoot dust blower
* New actuator on burner (professionally tuned this season)
* Soft starts on drum and exhaust fan
* Cold feed converted to AC drive
* New slinger belt on drum
* New chain and sprocket on drum
* New bags in baghouse
**NOTES:**
Owner runs the plant at 150tph currently.
This plant is being replaced with a new plant.
Owner would like to continue to run the plant until their new plant comes in sometime this fall, but is flexible.
